College Player / Florida / Called in to talk about what being picked in the draft will mean to him and discusses how small his hometown is, and how good the community is, where ‘everybody knows everybody’. He also gave insight about how the town is supportive of him even with a sign saying “hometown of Corey Brewer”. Discussed what he has been going through the past few weeks with workouts and how worth it everything is and is anxious for the draft. Touched on how the team stayed together back in 2004, and the “we are all in or we are all out” feeling. Described a very close bond with everyone on the team. Brought up how supportive his parents were of his decision to go back and play at school. Went on to talk about how close his relationship is with his father and how hard his father worked to support the family, and see’s him as his hero. Plans to offer his parents anything they want with his first NBA check. Reflected on the injuries with the team and the championship. / 6-25-2007
