NASCAR Driver / Kurt talked about the significance of the race at the Brickyard and the start of the second half of the season and feels that a win this weekend will help with consistancy. He feels Nascar is creative in bringing up new ideas and traditions and feels that everyone in the pit crew is involved in the race, and enjoys the competition. He discussed Jeff Gordon’s change, and how it affects racing, and went on to discuss his brother Kyle’s decisions and his advice to him. Continued his discussion about Kyle, and being teammates with him and the possibilities of it. Enjoyed talking about the opponents he raced against, and how drivers try not to focus on rivals or their position on the track, as there is so much going on. Went on to hope that things go right for him again with everything, starting with the Brickyard race. / 7-26-2007
