Let’s revisit the raging debate: Boxing or MMA. Which is better? Frank Mir starting the week by saying he wanted to break Brock Lesnar’s neck, thus resulting in him becoming first fighter ever to die from octagon related injuries. Was definitely a black eye for the sport. Point against MMA!

However, the sport bounced back when a naked workout video of Chuck Liddell…with an equally naked female…went viral. I’ve heard of guys taking naked B.P., I’ve just never actually seen it! But we all saw Chuck getting after it in nude. That’s not going to negate the fact that Mir said he wanted to kill Lesnar, but it does help. I’ve never heard of a guy getting buff…in the buff…but it makes all the sense in the world doesn’t it?!

Look, what’s the biggest challenge of any workout regimen? Burn out! You get bored. You lose interest. And then you quit. You have to do something to change up and keep it fresh. Most people load their iPod up with a new playlist. Or change trainers. Or maybe bring a friend to help keep you motivated. Not Chuck! Ol’ Chuck stripped naked with his lady and got after it. I want to show it to you, but I can’t.

So we can go back and forth all day long about Boxing v. MMA. While I’m still a boxing guy at heart, I have to admit, I’ve never seen Thomas Hearns knock out naked leg presses with his lady jamming on the elliptical! Or, “Iron Mike” bang on the heavy bag while his naked lady holds it for him.
