There are some important numbers in sports.

A 300 batting average

A 2,000 yard season

Averaging 30 points a game.

But there might not be any numbers in sports more important, RIGHT NOW, than the following:

5-10 and 1/8th

207

And

9.5.

Those numbers are the height, weight, and hand size of Heisman Trophy winner Kyler Murray. And that celebration you hear is NFL Front offices who love this dude losing their mind. The guy they're about to take a run at, maybe at the top of the first round, ISNT as small as people thought.

That's a comp people can get behind. Russ Wilson was 5-11 and 204 at the combine. Tom Brady and Drew Brees were 211 and 213 pounds respectively. Baker Mayfield only had 9 and 1/4 inch hands, and dude spun it just fine last year setting records for America's Team.

So you want the biggest W of the combine? It's what Kyler just threw down. If he does literally NOTHING else in Indy, getting over on the measuring stick and scale make this a successful weekend.

5-10 and change is bigger than teams expected. Being 207 is WAAAY sturdier than people expected. And now that the dude has gotten that out of the way, he can decide if he wants to push a few more chips into the middle and test his luck on the track or by chucking it around.

Look, I said it last week and I’ll say it again. I don't care if Kyler throws at the combine. If he does, great. If he doesn't, fine by me.

Yeah, I know Baker threw at the combine and went Number One overall. I also know Sam Darnold and Andrew Luck didn't. Worked out just fine for everybody.

Here's something else I know about Kyler: What Lincoln Riley has said about this dude. And when he does test, it's gonna be freaky.

The coach of the last two Heisman Trophy winners threw out some expectations for Kyler when he does show out and they are insane.

40 time? He's already clocked one sub 4.4.

Quicks? He's reference Tyreek Hill.

Elusiveness. He name-checked none other than Barry Sanders.

That's not a quarterback, that's Bo Jackson from Tecmo Bowl. (INSERT THEME)

So you want data? Kyler took off his cleats, slid into some spandex and finally ended the speculation. Take that for data. (INSERT)

He's 5-10-and-an-eighth. 207. And he's got plenty of mitt to grip a football.
